Advertising Instructions

It is very simple to advertise with us and no computer expertise is required. Below are the steps you will take.

Step one:

This is to choose a username. This can be between 3 and 13 characters in length. It will be checked to ensure it is unique to the site.

Step two:

Here, you add the text details of your advert. Much of this is done by a simple click on a menu to select the option that applies to you. You can then add a piece of text of upto 750 characters in length. It is a good idea to prepare this earlier and then just copy it into the text box supplied in the form.

Step three:

Here you can upload photos of your vehicle or property. You can choose up to 4 photos. These are photos that you will have stored on your pc. All you will need to do is use the browse button to find them and then click the open button on the screen. Once done, the address of the photo will be automatically shown in the small box. Once you have found and selected the photos you wish to include in your advert. Click the Send button and wait. This will take a short while depending on your internet connection and the nature of the photos you choose. Remember only choose photos that are horizontal format - wider that tall (i.e. not portrait style).

Step four:

You will now need to pay for the advert via paypal. Here you will be asked whether you already have a paypal account or not. If not, you will need to provide your credit card details as normal. This connection is secure against credit card fraud.

Step five:

Once you have paid you'll receive an email with your password and username. You will then be able to use this, should you need to amend the text of your advert.

That is it. It should not take more than a few minutes to complete it and it will then be on view to the world within seconds!
